Ian has structured Recruitment Cube to allow that he can be your point of contact. This ensures that you have access to an experienced consultant with the passion, desire and reputation to generate the best possible outcome.

Now in his 23rd year working within the Recruitment Industry, Ian has a proven track record working with a number of Blue Chip Companies such as Olex, Shell, CAT Logistics, Mercedes Distribution Centre, Neovia Jaguar Land Rover Distribution Centre, Harley Davison Distribution Centre, Amcor and Smorgon Group.

These companies don’t compromise on the selection of their Recruiter, nor should you.

RECRUITMENT CUBE

“In 2008, I decided to launch Recruitment Cube as I had identified a void in the market whereby clients were not being offered an opportunity to build a long term relationship with their Recruitment Suppliers and the consultants who work for them”.

The typical recruitment model is to win the business, over service at the start and then hand off to a junior consultant whilst the A Team heads off to secure their next new client.

Recruitment Cube is committed to our community and will continue to be a significant contributor to key charities such as My Room Children’s Cancer Centre  where Recruitment Cube sponsored the Longest Drive Hole at the My Room Classic (Box Hill Golf Club)

We are also a key sponsor at many community sporting clubs including, Lower Plenty Cricket Club, Montmorency Women’s Football Club and Research Lower Plenty Baseball Club.

Our club provides a great service to many of the people in our community from U12s through to Seniors and without the help of Recruitment Cube, this would not be possible.
